1953 Wasserläufer
This is the first human powered hydrofoil ever. It was invented and designed by the bavarian engineer Julius Schuck.
In 1953 it was presented the first time in the german Tagesschau (News) and the inventor himself rode his hydrofoil on the
river Isar in Munich. In the 1978 movie Gizmo by Howard Stern the Wasserläufer has a small part. This movie was reporting about
crazy inventions of past days.
The Wasserläufer used Flapping Wing Propulsion far before anybody else even thought about this way of propulsion.
Below is the link to the News Video of the Wasserläufer.

1998 Trampofoil
The Trampofoil was invented by Alexander Sahlin, a swedish engineer.
It has a weight of only 12 kgs and just like Wasserläufer and Pogofoil it uses Flapping Wing Propulsion.
Cause of the low weight it was the first really easy to drive human powered hydrofoil.
But it had no floating devices, what makes it impossible to start from the water.

199? Wetwing
The Wetwing was designed by Jochen Ewert a bavarian engineer.
With different wings it is very fast on short and long distances and even in the slalom. Proofed on this years championships.
Wetwing won the slalom, was fast on 100m and on the long distance it drove incredible 7 km only on the wing.
